Their Situation
Formerly Muskegon Co-op Federal Credit Union, Route 31 was experiencing confusion in the market due to nearby credit unions having a similar name. They were expanding and wanted to redefine their story, unique value proposition, and update their look and feel.
Our solution
We worked closely with their board and leadership team to define their brand story, concepted and presented dozens of name options, and created a fresh, new brand to help them stand out.
We managed all of the work that comes along with a corporate name change… We created a comprehensive marketing communications plan, developed their website, all their business correspondence materals, print and digital advertisements, a series of corporate videos, and a marketing campaign complete with billboards, radio, direct mail, and geofencing ads targeting nearby banks.
